Including :Construction of six buildings of the wagon manufacturing factory -Fath Abad- Tehran. The project is located in front of the FathAbad refinery- Qom Road- Azadegan highway The buildings details are mentioned below:
1- Building no.1-(wagon montage site)-includes two parts -First part :main site for manufacturing two storey and typical wagon - Second Part : administrative building -Total area is about 19500 square meters .In the main site,steel trusses are used in roofing and the structure of administrative building is steel.
2- Building no.2 - (Electrical post)- contains of the two storey concrete building with a total area of 300 square meters.
3- Building no. 3- (Dormitory & Restaurant & Hospital &Prayer room)- contains of two storey concrete buliding with a total area of 1400 square meters.
4- Building no. 4- (Security room-Fire room)- contains of one storey concrete buliding with a total area of 300 square meters.
5- Buildings no. 5 & 6 are used as mechanical room.
